A graduate of ESSEC Business School and a CFA charterholder, Guillaume Raux has fifteen years of experience in M&A and private equity.

As a member of Naxicap Partners' mid-cap investment team from 2015 to 2023, Guillaume led both investment and exit processes for majority leveraged buyouts (LBOs).

He has served on the boards of a dozen companies, providing strategic, financial, and HR guidance.

He previously worked in investment banking, in Crédit Agricole's M&A department in Hong Kong, from 2011 to 2015.

Guillaume Raux started his career at Orange, overseeing the group’s strategy and its investments in start-ups between 2009 and 2011.
